This degree will also prepare the student to supervise and manage a small to mid-size office. Upon completion of the program, the student will be able to use hardware and software commonly used in the office; successfully communicate through effective writing and speech; demonstrate the ability to the keyboard at a speed that meets industry standards; create business documents following standards; effectively supervise, organize, and lead employees in the office environment; and demonstrate critical thinking skills as they relate to the administrative/office manager.
