Part time Associate Degree Programs in Food and Beverage Management

Students who are interested in managing a food service operation will benefit from a food and beverage management program. Classes may include culinary math, product identification, food safety, purchasing, liquor liabilities, and banquet meeting and planning.

An associate degree is an undergraduate degree that typically awarded by community colleges, technical colleges and 4-year colleges. If pursued on a full-time basis, an associate degree usually takes two years to obtain.
 

Part-time learning allows one to obtain a degree or qualification even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at one's own pace, gradually accumulating credits that count towards a final qualification.
