Introduction
The French Summer School offered by Mines Nancy is designed to teach the French language and culture to students from all over the world.
The program includes:
- Intensive language classes
The language classes focus on developing the student's reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in French, and are taught by experienced instructors.
- Cultural workshops
The cultural workshops cover topics such as French cuisine, history, and art, and are designed to provide students with a deeper understanding of French culture.
- Excursions to various attractions
Excursions may include visits to cities such as Paris and Strasbourg, as well as cultural sites like the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre Museum.

- The program combines classroom studies that focus on developing students' communication skills and cultural activities (visits, sightseeing, group activities, etc.). The program is adapted according to the students' profiles (level of French, native language, fields of study, interests, etc.).
- Classes are carried out 3 days per week (6 hours per day, i.e. 18 hours per week) while the rest 3 days of the week are dedicated to immersive practical experiences and cultural programs.
