Introduction
Building on the basics you have learnt in the beginners course or at home, the Intermediate Cooking Course will cover everything you ever wanted to know about the topics covered.
We run two versions of the Intermediate course – weekly or intensive. We now also offer the course spread over four consecutive Sundays. You do not need to have taken the beginners course to do this course but just need a good basic knowledge of home cooking.
