Introduction
This master course is designed for advanced musicians, both instrumentalists and vocalists, and aims, through the contribution of high-level music professionals, to improve technical skills and a general understanding of musical phenomena.
The complete course includes an intensive part of individual lessons (instrument or singing) as well as group sessions about music history, musical analysis, chamber music and acting (as part of the canto course). Moreover, there is the possibility to follow classes on Body position, Incidental Music Composition and Italian lessons for those who are not mother-tongue Italian speakers. The course has a strong professional value and could be considered an excellent preparation, especially for those who come from abroad, for admission exams at universities, conservatories and music academies worldwide. The course contains different modules that can also be taken separately, allowing musicians who can stay in Florence only for a limited time to take advantage of this great educational opportunity as well.
