Studying theatre at Kirkwood will give you a solid foundation of course work and experience that prepares you to continue your passion for the performing arts. In addition to engaging coursework taught by faculty experienced on and off the stage, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in three major productions each year. By starting at Kirkwood, you have leadership opportunities not often available to freshman and sophomores at four-year colleges and universities. Here you can have a starring role, serve as a stage manager, or be the lighting designer during your first two years of college.
