Introduction
Students who receive this A.A.S. in Information Technology (IT) concentration will have a broad technical knowledge and a specific application programming skillset used in the Mobile Application Development areas. The curriculum is designed to maintain maximum flexibility in order to compete in the changing workforce.
Students who graduate with the Mobile Application development concentration can expect to find employment as an application developer, software engineer, applications system analyst, user interface designer, etc.
Mobile Application Developers design and create mobile applications. They are responsible for the look and the interaction of the mobile application. They are also responsible for the technical aspects, such as performance and how much traffic an application can handle.
