Modality I - Open Enrollments
- Beginning: March 11, 2017
- Format: Every Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm and 1 (one) Saturday per month from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Duration: 3 (three) semesters
- Credit Hours: 432 h/a
Modality II (special for participants from other states) - Open enrollment
- Beginning: March 11, 2017
- Format: 1 (one) weekend every 60 days in São Paulo and a 5 (five) day immersion at the end of each semester.
- Duration: 4 (four) semesters
- Credit Hours: 432 h/a

Prerequisites
- As it is a postgraduate degree, it is necessary to have a complete higher education (national or international degree valid in Brazil).
- Submit a certificate of completion of higher education or a degree abroad valid in Brazil or proof of equivalence accepted by MEC.
- The graduation title does not need to be in the area of tourism, hospitality or gastronomy. The candidate can have a degree in any field.
- The International Extension is taught in English.
