The purposes of this major are to provide a sound academic program in Child Development and prepare students to work with children and families in a variety of school and community settings.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT

The Culinary Arts program provides students with the opportunity to acquire a strong theoretical knowledge base, critical competencies, practical skills, and professional demeanour and behaviour necessary to perform successfully and creatively in the culinary arts and food service industry.
